We have a required weekly top-up.

The top-up is charged for the same amount on the same day each week. The amount can be changed up or down, but a week cannot be skipped.

Some accounts start with a deposit. It counts toward your balance.

Unused balance rolls over and nothing expires.

why is it weekly?

Assistants are hired on long-term seats rather than rented by the hour, so the weekly top-up is what keeps the same person assigned to your account from one month to the next.

I understand the top-up recurs weekly and I cannot skip a week.
